Upgrade your Audi 3.0T supercharger belt system with our precision-engineered tensioner pulley. This upgrade combines the OEM tensioner mechanism with our CNC-machined billet aluminum pulley. Compatible with all 3.0T Gen 1 and Gen 2 CREC engines.

The factory plastic tensioner pulley may be sufficient for stock applications, but over time plastic is prone to cracking, warping from heat, and eventual failure under load. Our billet aluminum upgrade is built to eliminate those weaknesses by delivering superior durability, zero flex under stress, and consistently improved belt tracking. Unlike plastic, our precision-machined metal pulley won’t crack, deform, or fail, giving you long-term reliability and peace of mind.
